• From Market Harborough, please head towards the village of East Farndon. Drive up through East Farndon, and just after the village hall (on your left) you will see a war memorial on your right. Please take this right turn on to ‘Back Lane’. Follow the road round the corner and up the hill and take the next turning on your right signposted Marston Trussell. This is Marston Lane. Continue on this road out of the village and down a steep hill and past a house at the bottom called ‘The Dales’. Continue forward for about half a mile and you will see some houses/barn conversions on the left. Immediately before these buildings is HARTS LANE, a small pebble lane on the left. Turn into Harts Lane and continue forward until you see the signs for CozyCatz which will direct you to my door.

• From Marston Trussell, head in the direction of East Farndon. You will bear left out of the village and past a private fishing lake on your right. Very soon take a left turn (opposite some red farm gates) signposted East Farndon. This is Marston Lane. Continue forward past some houses and barns, then ‘Rectory Farm’ on your right and further on, a bridle path on your left.  Shortly after the bridle path you will see some houses/barn conversions on the right. Slow down as immediately after the last house you will see a turning on the right - this is HARTS LANE which is a small pebble lane. Continue forward along Harts Lane until you see the signs for CozyCatz which will direct you to my door.   

 

• From Northampton, follow the A508 towards Market Harborough, until you come to the village of Great Oxendon. On approaching Great Oxendon please take the left turn just before ‘The George’ pub at the cross roads. This left turn will take you up through the village and at the top bear right towards East Farndon. Follow the lane for approximately 2 miles until you reach a T junction, where you must turn Right into the village of East Farndon. Take the first left turn in the village on to ‘Back Lane’, and then the next left on to Marston Lane. Continue on this road out of the village, down a steep hill and past a house at the bottom called ‘The Dales’.
