     Prices

 

One Cat …………………………….  £12.00 per day

Two Cats (sharing) …………….... £20.00 per day

 

Prices include litter for the whole duration of your cats stay, but this does not include food, as from experience I have found most clients like to bring their cats normal diet with them.

I can of course provide food, but there is an additional charge of £2 per cat per day for this option.

 

Arrival and departure days are charged in full, and payment is due on or before your arrival appointment.

 

Double rate fee will be charged on Christmas Day to New Years Day, Easter Sunday, Good Friday and all Bank Holidays.

 

Should you decide to cut your holiday short and choose to collect your cat prior to the agreed collection date, the full boarding fee will still be charged.

 

No deposits are needed to secure a booking, but Please plan carefully as I now have a cancellation policy in place.

Please give me as much notice as possible if you need to cancel your booking, so that I can offer the chalet to another client.

 

Cancellations are free unless you cancel within one calendar month of your booking. If this happens you will be charged 50% of your pre-arranged boarding fee.

FOR CANCELLATIONS WITHIN 7 DAYS OF A BOOKING, THE FULL FEE WILL BE CHARGED as it is very unlikely the chalet will be rebooked at such short notice.

    Bookings

 

Making a booking is very easy. Just Telephone, Text or Email to check availability.

Please leave a message if I am unable to take your call and I will contact you as soon as I can.

 

All bookings for new clients will be confirmed in writing by post, with all the relevant information you need to know prior to a visit, including Terms & Conditions, and Directions.

 

Please note that I am only able to board cats who are fully up to date with vaccinations against Feline Enteritis and Cat Influenza. UN-INOCULATED CATS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

I also ask clients to be vigilant and up to date with flea and worming treatment.

  Arrivals & Departures

 

All customer arrivals, departures and viewings are booked on an ‘appointment only’ basis.

 

If an arrival time wasn’t made at the time of booking then I will contact you a few days prior to your arrival day to organise an arrival appointment with you.

 

Arrival and departure appointments can be booked during the hours of :

Monday to Saturday - 9am to 10.30am and 5.30pm to 7pm.

Saturday - 9am to 10.30am, and 6pm to 7pm.

Sundays and all bank holidays are CLOSED for visitors.

 

Please make sure you bring your cat to Cozycatz in a safe and secure carrier, which it can not escape from.
